Comments :    We've been with WFAH since the little A-frame days in 1991 and have been through around 22 animals with them. Very few met untimely deaths and no matter the situation, whether emergency or routine care, we've been thoroughly pleased with the attention and gentle care they've given all our pets. We've had to have many pets put down and all the vets at WFAH have always been super sensitive, supportive and kind. They love our pets like we do and treat them as such. Three cheers to the whole staff! The video is of the wonderful pitbull we adopted from the animal hospital who loves his MALE (thanks for discovering that, ladies) kittens. ;-)

Comments :    February '08 It was a fun surprise to walk into the waiting room and find that Cinnamon and Vanilla were "Dogs of the Day." They even got their picture taken and were in the frame before we left. All of you come up with ways to make the owners feel good and welcomed, and the dogs tenderly cared for. Jim and I would like for you to know that your efforts are appreciated and your creativity enjoyed to the max. The "Dog of the Day" treat bags were an additional surprise. The treats were gone before we left the parking area. We are using the pens daily. The shampoo will be used with gratfulness this spring and summer. The "pet-inside" window tag to inform firefighters of pets inside is a wonderful idea! We filled them out immediately and have them displayed on both sides of the house. Upon our arrival home after the holidays, we had another pleasure--the Christmas card and brownies. Three of the brownies never made it out of the room we were in! Jim had two! The rest didn't last much longer. What a happy surprise! Thank you so much. Your constant kindness to ALL of your pet clients and their owners is appreciated beyond what you might realize. Every one of you are cheerful, encouraging, kind, fun, personable, caring, helpful, understanding and professional. We have owned dogs for 40 years, in 11 states, and there has never been an animal hospital and staff that can match your quality of care and high-class staff. You are the BEST! Again, we both thank you with sincerity and gratefulness.
