It was a heartbreaking decision to be made suddenly, and Dr. Jim and staff were so very gentle and understanding with both me and my Vizsla. Great dignity in his passing, and compassion for me at losing him.

The entire team is wonderful, but we especially want to thank Shea and Lena for always going above and beyond. They’re compassionate, professional, and truly treat our pups like their own. Dr Shea is outstanding!!!! I can’t thank her enough for the kindness and care she has provided to my dogs Bandit and Dash!!! She made the difference in helping Bandit pass over the rainbow bridge 🐶🌈. When I got Dash, she has been his one and only Vet. He loves her so much that he is EXCITED to see her outside of the clinic.
Most vets prefer not to see a Chihuahua on the appointment schedule for the day, but not Dr. Shea!
Dr. Lena is an exceptional vet! So patient and kind when we bring our stubborn cat in. I highly recommend her, she is very knowledgeable and personable, making it a positive experience. They follow up each time, making sure our pet is doing ok after the visit!
I have been taking my doggo (Millie) to Whitefish Animal Hospital since 2023. My dog has serious vet anxiety, yet every visit we have had has been amazing. Our vet, Dr. Shea, and many of the vet techs (specifically Ashley) are not only extremely knowledgeable but also understanding and do everything they can to make Millie feel comfortable and safe. To the point of taking her outside, where she feels calmer, to be able to get exams done. They meet Millie where she is at with each visit. I would highly recommended Whitefish Animal Hospital to anyone in the Valley!
Whitefish Animal Hospital is the best! Dr. Shea is amazing—she treats every animal as if it were her own. You can tell how much she genuinely cares, and she always takes the time to make sure you and your pet feel comfortable and informed (yes, even the pets are informed). Couldn’t recommend her and the whole team more!
The team at Whitefish Animal Hospital has provided exceptional care to our dogs, Scooby and Arlo, for years. Dr. Shea, Ashley, Nikki, and the entire team go above and beyond to make both pets and owners feel comfortable and supported.
